MEDIATION THAT FEELS HUMAN
Real conversations. Clear next steps. Less chaos.
Conflict is exhausting. So is pretending everything is fine.
I help people slow the conversation down, hear what actually matters, and build practical agreements they can live with.
Most people do not come to mediation because communication is going beautifully. They come because the same argument keeps circling the block, everyone is tired, and nobody knows how to get unstuck.
That is where I come in.
I am a trained mediator, bilingual paralegal, former family-law client, homeschool mother, civic advocate, and founder of the Harmony vision. I understand both the human side of conflict and the importance of structure, documentation, and clear next steps.
"I do not force harmony. I create the conditions where it can become possible."
I provide flexible, attorney-supervised support that sits at the intersection of:
Family & Co-Parenting Mediation
For families who need a calmer way to discuss parenting, schedules, household expectations, adult-child concerns, extended-family tensions, or communication after separation.
Parenting plans and co-parenting conversations
Post-divorce and extended-family communication
Parent-teen conflict and difficult family meetings
Community, Neighbor & Small-Organization Mediation
For people who still have to live, work, worship, volunteer, or operate near one another after the disagreement.
Neighbor, HOA, and property-use disputes
Church, nonprofit, and volunteer-group conflict
Small-business misunderstandings and trust breakdowns
Workplace & Civic Facilitation
For teams and communities that need a neutral structure for hard conversations, competing priorities, or public-facing decisions.
Workplace communication and team conflict
Leadership and stakeholder conversations
Community forums, listening sessions, and civic dialogue
Research, drafting support, discovery organization, filing coordination, exhibits, hearing preparation, and concise attorney briefing materials.
Client question consolidation, meeting preparation, approved process education, action lists, document checklists, and fact-focused summaries.
Workflows, templates, file systems, intake procedures, delegation maps, communication protocols, and matter-status tracking.
Neutral, not passive. I will not take sides, but I will help keep the conversation honest, respectful, and productive.
Warm, not vague. Compassion matters. So do agendas, timelines, decisions, and written next steps.
Structured, not stiff. You will know what we are discussing, what was decided, and what still needs attention.
Human, not performative. You do not have to sound polished. You do have to show up willing to listen and participate in good faith.
Forward-looking, not blame-collecting. We may discuss what happened, but the goal is to determine what happens next.

I provide flexible, attorney-supervised support that sits at the intersection of:
Project-based
A defined deliverable, deadline, and written scope for one matter or workflow project.
Hourly overflow support
Short-term help for discovery, filing, hearing preparation, staff absences, or workload spikes.

Remote work statewide, with local in-person support available by arrangement in Denver, Golden, Jefferson County, and surrounding communities.
Mediation is a neutral process. I do not represent either participant, decide who is right, or provide legal advice. Participants may consult independent attorneys before, during, or after mediation. Any legal agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel before signing or filing.
Mediation may not be appropriate when there is immediate danger, active coercion, severe intimidation, inability to participate voluntarily, or a need for emergency court protection. Safety comes first.
People who are tired of repeating the same argument
Parents who want a more workable way to communicate
Neighbors or community members who need practical boundaries
Organizations that need a neutral facilitator, not another opinion
People who want dignity, clarity, and a path forward—even when complete agreement is not possible
Anyone seeking a mediator to validate one side and defeat the other
Anyone unwilling to participate honestly or respectfully
Anyone needing emergency legal relief or protection
Anyone expecting mediation to replace legal advice
Let’s talk about what is happening, what matters, and what moving forward could look like.
